Wanted CAAD Designer

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating accurate measurement drawings for each block based on the provided Field Measurement Blocks (FMB) and corresponding specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and the ability to work with various design software to deliver precise and detailed designs.Key Responsibilities:Measurement Design:Interpret and extract accurate measurements from FMBs to design each block’s layout, ensuring proper dimensions and alignment.Convert field measurements into detailed CAD drawings, incorporating all necessary specifications and annotations.Validate the accuracy of all measurements and designs, ensuring they meet the required standards and guidelines.Specification Documentation:Develop detailed design specifications for each block, outlining materials, measurements, tolerances, and other essential parameters.Work closely with the engineering and construction teams to ensure all specifications are consistent with project requirements and local regulations.Collaboration:Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals and timelines.Communicate any potential design challenges and propose solutions to ensure the accuracy of measurements and specifications.Quality Assurance:Review and verify designs for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required details are incorporated.Ensure compliance with company standards, industry standards, and local regulations.Software Proficiency:Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) to create and modify design drawings.Maintain updated versions of CAD files, ensuring easy access and sharing among project team members.
